Perrunillas



Para unas 25 unidades
Ingredientes:- 500 gr de harina de repostería - 250 gr de manteca de cerdo- 125 gr de azúcar glas- 150 gr de almendras tostadas- algunas almendras para decorar

Elaboración:Ponemos la harina sobre una bandeja de horno y la metemos a tostar con el horno precalentado a unos 190 grados, iremos removiéndola de vez en cuando para que suelte toda la humedad y se nos tueste, una vez que la tenemos tostada la sacamos y dejamos enfriar.
Ponemos las almendras en una picadora o molinillo de picar café y las picamos hasta obtener un polvo de almendra, la añadimos a un bol junto con el azúcar y mezclamos.
Con la varilla trabajamos la manteca hasta obtener una pomada que añadimos a la almendra y el azúcar y por ultimo ponemos la harina tostada y trabajamos con las manos la masa hasta que quede homogénea, ponemos sobre papel para horno y estiramos con un rodillo hasta tenerla a 1 cm de grosor más o menos y vamos cortando por piezas del tamaño que más nos guste, yo lo hice con el borde de un vaso e tubo y me salieron unos 25 unidades, así hasta terminar la masa.
Las colocamos sobre una bandeja forrada con el papel de horno y le ponemos una almendra en el centro y las metemos en el horno a 180 grados hasta que adquieren un color doradito, las sacamos y dejamos enfriar.
