Patas de pulpo a la  plancha
Para 2 personas
Ingredientes:
- 4 patas de pulpo pequeñas cocidas- 4 dientes de ajo- 1 copa de coñac- 1 cucharadita de pimentón- aceite de oliva virgen extra- sal en escamas Flor del Delta natural
Elaboración:
Esta es una receta muy sencilla por que no tenemos que cocer el pulpo ya que en muchos sitios nos venden las patas ya cocidas y envasadas al vació, pero podéis optar por comprar el pulpo entero y crudo y cocerla, apartar las patas y con resto podéis hacer un pulpo a la vinagreta o unas patatas con pulpo que salen excelentes.

En una sartén ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva y laminamos los ajos para que sofrían muy lentamente pero sin quitar la vista de ellos, cuando comiencen a dorar retiramos las laminas y reservamos, en el mismo aceite añadimos el pimentón y sofreímos y apartamos. Ahora en la misma sartén sin el aceite de pimentón y a fuego fuerte ponemos las patas del pulpo hasta que obtengan un toque caramelizado, añadimos el coñac y flambeamos hasta que el alcohol se evapore, añadimos nuestro aceite de pimentón y las laminas de ajo y dejamos cocinar  minutos, retiramos y emplatamos, el ultimo toque sera poner nuestra sal , en mi caso el sal en escamas Flor del Delta natural, le da un toque delicioso que hará que nuestro pulpo sea un manjar.
