This time it is Udon, the not-so-super diet healthy nor gluten free noodles which you probably aren't so familiar with outside of Asia (and Barcelona)
Even though UDON is the not as famous a noodle even in Japan compared to RAMEN, but one that has a much more longer history! Now this giant which is famous in the west side of Japan is becoming reborn in Tokyo with quite a modern twist. We found out a whipped cream (which you mostly see on your typical birthday cakes, and in recent years on top of pancakes,) now being combined with not sweet at all noodles! Fortunately with the advancement of technology in the food industry, this strange marriage may not be so hard to swallow. This time with the help of Kazu, who is a local Saitama boy who eats udon every other day, (which is even crazy in Japanese standard) tests out this new and hype Udon with our host Ellie to see if this meets his standard or not (or is it even edible").
