The Colors And Traditions Of Fall In Kyoto

In a country renowned for its fall colours, Kyoto is singularly beautiful. Multiple light up events are hosted around the city to capture the many shades of red, yellow, and orange. We take you to visit three such sites in this video: Nagaoka Tenjin Shrine, Shimogamo Shrine, and Kitano Tenmangu. Together they represent many hundreds of years of history and tradition, on a beautiful evening in November, perhaps most of all.
