Learning To Make Japan's Award Winning 1st Class Sushi | Temari Style Ball Sushi



Most people are best acquainted with Japan's nigiri sushi or the very popular more western style of preparation where sushi is prepared as a roll (maki style). But today we level up and broaden our horizons to new sushi making frontiers. Today we learn how to make temari sushi (ball sushi). In Nara Japan you will find Umemori san. The temari sushi making master who has made it his mission to teach all who would like to learn. His school is famous for receiving the 2018 Japanese gift award and is served on the 1st class flights of Japan airlines. There can be no doubt that this is some of the most beautiful, lovingly crafted, personality filled, sushi in the world.
