CaSTLE Rock – Famous burger shop specialized in Juicy Foie gras burger



CaSTLE Rock is located in Shinjuku Sanchome very close to C5 exit of Shinjuku Sanchome station.
This shop used to be in Chiba prefecture and was loved by local people. This long standing famous burger shop moved to Shinjuku, hart of Tokyo in March 2015.
Owner is a Japanese couple who worked in the burger shop in the US for a long time so they have deep knowledge of US beef and US food culture.
Their specialty is Foie gras burger, priced at 1,400 yen which has rich and thick taste. (it is available in dinner time)
It take a while to serve the food as owner start making the burger right after the order is placed. Thanks to this you can eat the burger when it is really fresh, holding the meat juice inside, softly melting in your mouth. They provide stake menu as well.
You shouldn’t miss side dishes such as sandwiches, fish and chips, salad and salsa, many customer enjoy side dishes drinking beer as they have a various US craft beer.
Visiting this shop when you have a plenty of time and enjoy relaxing dinner time is recommended.
